I love running Mizuno Wave Run 2010. Love the route but not the last demonic hill. Oh man, bisa boleh terguling balik kat bawah dengan bukit tu. Gear pun dah tak tahu nak tukar gear mana haha. Facts:1. My very first 15k, the longest run I've ever done.2. I heart the race's vest and bib.3. I hate hills. I hate hills to bits. Furthermore this race was indeed my first Double Hills. Now I know why those experienced runners kept referring DH as killer hills. It kills me. Literally. We went for extreme, I repeat EXTREME sky-trexing yesterday. The course was tough, our physical and mental were tested to the max, and luckily we were all prepared for that, kan sera?
