being a bridesmaid. Yes I am a bridesmaid in my best friend's reception yesterday. OMG, seriously I rather bungy jump off the ramp over the water than being a bridesmaid again. Luckily I didn't memalukan diri sendiri di atas sana. Oh no picture of me on the stage, si Miss E punyalah malas nak g sana ambilin photo kakakandanya yang comel. But anyway, it was a great experience =)

KL City Day Run 2010

Ohh yes, we've got ourselves the 2nd medal for 2010. This is a victory I cannot enjoy as my luvly blackcherry and 2 important docs went missing during the race. So inilah gambar yang ada, itu pun senyum ala-ala tak sudi, hati dah tak keruan masa ni babe. Berkabung saya satu minggu ni :(

Uncle, funnylah you ni!!!!

We went to Brooks yesterday. Uncle was very peramah and we talk about everything from shoes, clothes, runners, running events and speaking of which, I just happen to know about a man died during Putrajaya Night Marathon(PNM) due to cardiac arrest. How terkejut kan? This aint the first time, it happened before (read this). So ppl, please do take good care of yourself, and learn the art to balance in life (i pun dok tgh usahakan). Okies, we chit chatting until one point suddenly...

Uncle: Aiya, lu 2 org lari kan masa PNM?

We: Yup, kami kat sana.

Uncle: Lu tgklah, sapa top-top runners. Semua ar dari Afrika, Kenya and negara2 macam itulah. Selalu pun dia olang menang, kita susah mau menang. Lu tau tak macam mana dia-olang training?

We: Mcm mana uncle (dalam hati masing2 berharap tips yang gempak supaya dapat pecut laju lagi for the next event)

Uncle: Itu olang lari harimau kejar. Kita lari anjing kejar. Bila anjing kejar, mula2 kita lari pastu sampai satu tahap ar, kita pusing sergah 'hahhh!!!!!' (sambil buat action menyergah anjing), itu anjing lari, lu berani ke buat macam tu dgn harimau? tak kan?? so mcm2 mana pun kena lari laju lagi. Itulah pasal ar kita mmg takkan menang.. haha

We: Kah kah kah kah kah... uncle sengal!!!

Kami gelak sampai nak pecah paru-paru tak boleh tahan. Satu floor tu rasanya dgr suara kami.. giler kelakar tak boleh tahan. Aiya uncle, u really make our day.



psst pssst: Menurut khabar yang saya dgr, ada rakan saya yang seperti mahu dapat anak ketiga tahun ini. Lady-U has yet to confirm this smoking-hot-news and let us pray ia bukan false alarm. Amin =)

Putrajaya Night Marathon 2010

Yayy we did it again, but this time the victory is even sweeter. Why?? Because finally we earned our very first running medal. It's not easy yaw, to qualify for a medal you must be the first 400 runners to reach the finishing line within 80 minutes (there were more than 3000 registered runners ok). Saya berjaya mendapat tempat ke-78 (wasted 5mins queuing at the male line choooiiiii) Oh yes, I am so proud of myself. Miss E pulak dapat no-30. Gempak siut miss-not-so-kurus-anymore!! You go girl, I'm so proud of you! Tak sia-sia kita mendaki bukit planetarium pagi tu kan? Looking forward to the next running event =)

One Fine Sunday Afternoon@Lake Garden

A fantastic afternoon spent with my not-so-kurus-anymore sister. We jogged for 5km dan memandangkan cuaca macam best, kami meneruskan aktiviti melepak di padang seluas mata memandang sambil membuat observation 'wink' and c-a-m-w-h-o-r-i-n-g to the max. Petang yang sangat indah =)
