Run.Eat.Camwootwoot

I love breakfast run. First we run, later we eat. Heaven! So this is another Potluck program hosted by Runners Malaysia. Seronoknya potluck ni, makanan memang banyak dan best. Tak percaya?? Boleh tengok kat sini & sini. But sadly, we have to say goodbye to 'Runners Malaysia: Beginners Running Program'.  Mr Wan can't no longer give his commitment due to injury. Agak sedihlah kami sebab program ni ada sikit sentimental value to us. iyelah kan,this is where we started under the guidance of Mr Wan. 

Sejarahnya, bila 'the running sister'  membuat keputusan untuk take up running seriously, we need to have a sustainable regime to support that. Al-maklumlah, kalau nak start sendiri - sendiri ntah btol ke tidak caranya pastu nanti suam-suam kuku langsung malas nak lari dah. Knowing Miss E plak, memang ada potensi untuk membantutkan idea nak berjogging - jogging ni lol. After days of web-hopping, we came across runnersmalaysia website. Called Mr Wan to confirm meeting point and the next saturday morning terpacaklah kami di Bukit Aman untuk berlari. Sangat bersemangat & berdebar i tell you.  The very first  lesson from Mr Wan....'try to run at pace which you can converse with your friend without having to stop to catch your breath. If  you can't converse comfortably, you're going too FAST!' . hurmm slow pun memang tak cukup nafas apatah lagi laju hahaha  itulah serba sikit macam mana kami sangat rapat dengan geng-geng runnersmalaysia ni. Eventho the program has ended, hopefully once in a while we can still have our makan-makan kan together kan? All kaki lariks memang suka makan ;)
