JWOL or BHP Orange Run? After a great deal of thought (beria giler lah kan), finally on a beautiful Sunday morning I've decided to run BHP-11k. Reached The Curve at 6.20am, tak ramai sangat lagi yang ada lagipun since there are 3 others events happening on the same day, PD Triathlon, JWOL and Taiping Heritage Run so rasanya takkan ada ramai sangatlah kut.
Back to my BHP Orange Run, female runners were flagged off at 7.15am, 15 minutes earlier than the male runners. The route is kinda hilly thus the organizers should consider to set up at least 3 water stations. Ini ada dua sahaja boleh pengsan kedahagaan aku or maybe it's about time for me to splurge on this ;). As usual I run steadily while enjoying the scenery of Bandar Utama. Finally, I managed to finish the race in 1:15hr. yippie, yeayy, yooooo!

Oh the greatest part about the entire race was ....... it's FREE! Yeap, FREE! No registration fee. So fair enoughlah xde finisher medal n running vest. But we were given a goodie bag contain a certificate, RM 3 BHP voucher, BHP water tumbler and a mineral water. Eh ada lagi free Nasi Lemak (sedap bangat!), Vico, Revive, Teh Tarik, Fitness cereal & banyak lagilah. Manyak fun oooooo!

aini, it's about time to invest on fuel belts, u really gonna need it when u upgrade to Half Marahon next year:)

zeef, i'm planning to run HM this year. Tp tak tahulah boleh ke tak. How do you train for a HM yer? any tips for HMV? Nervous giler dah ni.

aini, u bleh buat punyer lah yr 1st HM kat Penang... kalu raser2 xder geng nak buat LSD, ajak2lah i, he3...
aini, you're soo ready for HMV, just remember to maintain weekly mileage and LSD..
