Cik Arina dah kawin!

It's official! My beloved girlfriend is now M.A.R.R.I.E.D. The wedding was held just a week after raya in TERENGGANU! Bukan dekat babe. So, I took a flight to Terengganu on Thursday carrying most of the bride's hantaran. The wedding dress, shoe, kurta buttons & chocolate. Ish kalau i tak sampai, boleh terpengsan ini perempuan haha

Pre-Wedding

The event started off with small Majlis Tahlil on thursday night. Pheuww, lucky me i have brought extra baju kurung. Just a moment before tahlil started, Nanie arrived and of course kalau tak kepoh tak sah. I'm so happy that Nanie can make it to Terengganu, Arina.. hurm lagilah gembira tak terkata. That night we slept at 2am after selesai memakaikan henna to the bride. No pics as semua pun seksi giler hahaha.

Solemnization Day

Woke up very early as Miss Arina have to get ready for Majlis Khatam Qur'an. Make up artist not yet arrived but lucky us, we have our very own MUA in the house. Siapa lagi kalau bukan Madam Nanie kita.

While Arina reciting her surah-surah, we were@kitchen menghiris daun pandan untuk bunga rampai.

Not so very long after that, we can hear somebody screaming our name out loud from the hall. Rupanya si Arina nak ambil gambar sama-sama. ceh, ingatkan apa tadi.

Selesai upacara Khatam, kenalah bersiap-siap untuk majlis nikah malam tu. While Arina is busy with make-up and what not for the event, kami pulak berhempas pulas menyiapkan hantaran. Masa inilah rasanya best gilers ada si Nanie merangkap tukang serba boleh kami ni.

Selesai siapkan hantaran, terkelam kabut baru nak bersiap untuk majlis nikah. Apa yang dan jelah. Dah tak sempat nak siap macam princess hehe Sebelum turun sempat ambil gambar dengan Cik AH yang dah tak keruan tu ;)

The Reception

Nanie had to get back to KL that morning. So sad she couldn't stay for the reception. After sending her off to the airport, i decided to make a little detour around the garden. Was in deep shocked seeing there's still lot more fresh flowers in the box. So apalagi, last minute kami berhempas pulas menggubah centerpiece for each table dan berbekalkan apa-apa jer gelas yang available from the kitchen.

At around 11am finally done with centerpiece. The weather is so scorching hot and was thinking to have a second shower before the reception begins. Alamak, rupanya ada cable failure kat mana ntah so the whole kampung takde elektrik. Thing is water supply to Arina's ialah dari tangki yang dijana oleh electric power. So takde elektrik maknanya takde air. warghhhhhhh! Kalau saya stress, Arina lagi tension tahap gaban. Kelam kabut terpaksa pergi hotel untuk bersiap. So i kena cari port untuk sejukkan badan. Dah sejuk baru boleh siap-siap. Kalau tak eee tak selesa. Nasib dah mandi pagi tu, dan nasib baik baju tak perlu gosok. Kalau tak menangis i di Kuala Terengganu you hehe. Tak lama lepas tu, Sera, Miss E and my brother sampai and we had our makan-makan together while waiting for the pengantin to arrive.

so itulah serba sikit al-kisah di Terengganu. Arina you look stunningly gorgeous and your wedding is ah-mah-zing-ly beautiful.

Penang Reception

2 weeks later, me with my parents went to the groom's reception in Penang. Thumbs up for the food especially the lamb & prawn, uish sedap babe. Makan memang banyak tak terkata kah kah kah :)

Selesai makan, ambil gambar segala bagai, berangkat pulang kami ke KL. Thank you very much Arina & Muzri. We had such a great time. Arina, anda kelihatan sangat langsing dan *tinggi* muahaahaa. Mari kita lihat sampai bila bertahan *kidding*.
