CAR's 10km Family Run

It was a cool and rainy Sunday morning. Best gils kalau dapat tidur lagi sepanjang pagi but noooo, berlari adalah lebih menarik. Ok, oleh kerana hari hujan, the track are very slippery especially on the hilly course. Jadi kenalah ambil langkah extra berjaga-jaga sebabnya kalau terjatuh dengan apa gaya sekalipun, it will do no good for me (memanjangkan lagi tempoh pemulihan, ohh noooo-noooo). As I'm still not fully recovered from my injury, the least i can do is lari-geli-geli. It's still fun plus it helps me to sweat way more than normal walking mode does.

Hurm not bad kan for lari-geli-geli? Hehe So after lari terus sambar air and makanan yang dah terhidang. Siap ada nasi lemak, tembikai, pisang, roti banyak lagilah, memang best. Lepas makan segala bagai, melepak-lepak ngan family CAR sambil bergambar-gambar. Overall the event was smoothly organized eventho I'm not really into hilly course and lari berulang-ulang track yang sama. Bila lari ulang-ulang track yang sama, rasa saiko kuts ntah I just don't like it. The finisher's medal was beautiful but the t-shirt ummm total disaster. Bak kata Mr Seketari, the kedai ter-order ikut size US. Takpe, boleh di-improvekan lagi next year.

Apa-apapun, to Chap Ayam team, congratulations for a successful event, we had fun running (minus the hilly route-nak mampos den dibuatnya) and looking forward to the next CAR's event yaw. Job very well done, syabas!
